A safe space to share your thoughts
Meeting on the same day and at the same time each week, we can work together to explore anything that is concerning you. I offer both short and long term work, which can be discussed when we meet.
It is important that you choose a therapist who you feel able to start opening up to and therefore I recommend that you attend an initial session with me during which we can discuss what is concerning you and think about how we can work together.
I am also trained to work with those experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues, as well as people with intellectual disabilities.
As well as face-to-face therapy, I also offer online and telephone therapy for those who find this approach more convenient and accessible.
