Providing supervision and adviceI offer clinical supervision to psychology trainees and assistants, counselling professionals and other mental health professionals seeking a safe space to explore workplace issues.
Supervision provides a confidential space to explore and further understand the issues presented by your client and to consider the impact and response this has on you. As a Counselling Psychologist my approach to supervision is one of understanding the relational dynamics between therapist and client, helping you to understand what is happening in the room and considering how to support and enable your client to progress whilst enabling you to grow as a professional. For psychology trainees I work closely with university lecturers and adhere to the BPS ethics and guidelines. |
